PROJECT MANAGEMENT
My career has always been about one thing: alleviating confusion so teams can do their best work. At TurboSquid, I built QA systems that created consistency across hundreds of artist submissions. At the Urban League, I designed pathways so people who wanted to contribute could find their place. Currently, I'm developing a teaching methodology that helps creatives break through mental blocks and produce.
Whether it's fixing a broken process, building a new system, or unlocking human performance, I show up as the person who sees what's in the way before anyone else does. And I build the thing that removes it.

Project Overview:
The state agency's creative solutions department lacked standardized processes for animation production, including project intake, workflow, and quality assurance. We had to prevent inconsistent deliverables, missed deadlines, and confusion among contractors and internal stakeholders.
As an Animation Specialist, I helped build the team's pipeline infrastructure. My primary areas of responsibility were to establish a repeatable project workflow, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and deliver high-quality 3D assets for community college instruction and company training materials.

My primary areas of responsibility were to establish a repeatable project workflow, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and deliver high-quality 3D assets for community college instruction and company training materials.
Approach:
- Established the state agency's first animation production pipeline, which included creating project workflows and establishing standardized processes for the creative division by designing a standardized project lifecycle from intake to final delivery, including clear roles, milestones, and quality checkpoints
- Coordinated cross-functional teams of contractors, subject matter experts, and designers across multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines
- Directed contractors on the translation of technical illustrations and engineering concepts into final 3D assets
- Successfully delivered 3D assets for multiple training programs on schedule, ensuring that new and existing employees understood processes to speed up onboarding for companies across Louisiana
- Translated complex engineering, industrial manufacturing, and medical concepts into clear, accessible visual assets for non-technical audiences
- Created enduring business practices for future project intake and execution that persisted beyond my tenure
- Established a repeatable workflow that improved cross-departmental collaboration and reduced confusion
Team Leadership & Process Improvement for TurboSquid
Project Overview:
The company had a massive backlog of over 10,000 3D models awaiting CheckMate certification for sale on the marketplace. The backlog prevented new inventory from reaching customers, directly impacting revenue. Additionally, QA standards for the CheckMate certification process were inconsistent across the team, resulting in complaints from dissatisfied customers and artists.
As Associate Producer, I was responsible for leading a team of eleven artists across four concurrent projects while also addressing the backlog crisis and improving overall quality consistency.

Approach:
- Spearheaded a process improvement initiative analyzing the existing certification pipeline and identifying blockages in asset conversion, rendering, and image preparation that streamlined workflow, prioritizing models by format and complexity
- Launched the company's first new employee training program for QA inspectors, reducing onboarding time and improving technical and institutional knowledge
- Developed standardized training programs for QA teams on animation standards and certification processes
- Eliminated a backlog of 10,000+ 3D models within one year, resulting in increased new revenue for the company
- Standardized QA processes across the team, improving consistency and reducing errors
- Created a repeatable and sustainable training program that improved employee performance

Strategic Vision & Community Building in the Animation Industry
Project Overview:
Black college students studying animation often lack access to peers, mentors, and professional resources. The isolation can make it difficult to navigate their education, break into the industry, and build a career.
I launched a virtual community to provide mentorship, resources, and peer support for targeted students.

I launched a virtual community to provide mentorship, resources, and peer support for targeted students.
Approach:
- Created a supportive space for students to access resources, connect with professionals, build lasting peer relationships, and support members beyond graduation
- Designed and facilitated workshops on networking, career development, and technical animation skills
- Connected students with industry professionals for guidance and mentorship
- Grew the community to over 100 members across 30+ colleges within the first year
- Through feedback mechanisms, students reported feeling more confident networking with professionals and peers, with many securing internships and entry-level roles through connections made in the group
- Members have completed personal animation projects with guidance from the community, building portfolios that also led to internship opportunities
Example of Created Documentation
I created and documented a new editorial process on my production at the studio. The supervising director wanted to use the XML process to speed up the transfer of notes going back and forth from the storyboard artists and the editors.
